Dr. Strange vs. The Abominable Snowman

“High in the Himalayas, where the winds howled like tortured spirits, Dr. Stephen Strange trudged through the blinding snow. A village elder had pleaded for his help—their people were being hunted by a monstrous presence lurking in the peaks. As he reached a frozen ridge, an ear-shattering roar echoed through the valley. From the swirling storm emerged a colossal, fur-covered beast with eyes like burning coals—the Abominable Snowman.

The creature lunged, its claws raking through the air, but Strange was faster. With a flick of his hands, he conjured glowing sigils of protection, deflecting the monstrous assault. The beast struck again, its sheer strength cracking the ice beneath them. Strange countered with the Flames of the Faltine, sending searing energy into the Snowman’s chest, but the creature only stumbled before charging once more.

Realizing raw power wouldn’t be enough, Strange shot into the sky, his Cloak of Levitation carrying him above the storm. The Snowman howled, leaping after him with unnatural agility, its claws barely missing his legs. Strange raised his hands, golden runes swirling around them, and unleashed a barrage of mystic beams. The energy struck the beast, sending shockwaves through the mountains, but it refused to fall, its glowing eyes locked onto Strange with primal fury.

Snow and ice whirled in a violent cyclone as the two clashed in the sky, arcane energy colliding with monstrous strength. Strange gritted his teeth, pushing his magic to the limit, but the Snowman roared, shrugging off the attacks, leaping higher—too high. As it reached for him, its claws mere inches away, Strange realized one terrible truth: the beast was getting stronger.”

Another interesting commission where I felt a little tested. I am not comfortable at all inking fur and when I pencilled this I think I challenged myself more than I was aware. Regardless it came out pretty nice in the end. – Matthew
