I’ve finally gone and done it.

I decided to follow up my Edgar Allan Poe portrait with another legendary master of gothic and monstrous horror, H.P. Lovecraft.

I keep track of the suggestions people give me every year and this one has been on the top of the list for some time. I finally realized it was time to put up or shut up so I summoned the dark gods to help bring this piece to life.

How is the art shipped?

The idea of the commissions I do being damaged in transit is my biggest fear. So I take extra care in shipping. All of my art is bagged in an archival plastic sleeve to protect it from the elements. Then placed carefully between two pieces of stiff cardboard to prevent bending.

Once it is secured safely I ship in padded envelopes for another layer of protection.
