1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.matthewchilders.com and any related
services or products provided by The Art of Matthew Childers. By using this website,
making a purchase, joining Patreon, or commissioning artwork, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Services Offered

My artwork and services include:

• Physical prints and original artwork
• Digital prints and downloadable files
• Commissioned artwork (both physical and digital)
• Patreon membership rewards (some may be time-limited)
• Occasional contests, giveaways, and promotions

3. Personal / Non-Commercial Use

All artwork is copyrighted and owned by The Art of Matthew Childers. You are permitted to:

• Use artwork for personal display or enjoyment
• Share artwork on social media with visible credit (@matthewchildersart or proper attribution)

You are not permitted to use artwork for commercial purposes, resell it, reproduce it, or
alter/setup derivative works without express written permission.

4. Commissions

Commissions may be delivered physically or digitally. Refunds are only provided if:

• The agreed-upon deadline is not met
• The product arrives physically damaged with photo/video proof

In most cases, I will offer to rework or replace the commission before issuing a refund.

Commissions may be purchased by customers of any age. If the buyer is a minor, it is expected that
consent has been granted by a parent or guardian.

5. Physical Prints & Digital Downloads

For non-commissioned prints, replacements will be provided if the item arrives physically damaged,
with visual proof submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Digital downloads are final once delivered and are non-refundable.

6. Patreon Rewards

Patreon rewards may be time-limited or exclusive to certain months. Access to files and rewards
depends on your Patreon membership status at the time of release.

Past rewards may not remain available once the period has expired.
